A Plant Doc will pay a house-call to your kitchen and do an assessment of your current food products both in your fridge/freezer and in your pantry. We will read labels with you and help you to create a healing pantry by purging unhealthy items and replacing with more healthful plant-based options. We will give you suggestions on improving your food storage and provide time saving techniques on advance food prep. We will make a shopping list of needed food items that will help you build well-rounded whole food plant-based meals and snacks.
