Join Dr. Musial and a rotating cast of guest chefs & doctor-cooks for a monthly live Zoom class on Sundays from 5-6:30 pm (recordings available!).

Dive into the delicious world of food and discover how it can contribute to a longer, healthier life. Explore a variety of cuisines from around the globe, all while learning valuable tips for healthy aging. Each class will feature a mini-talk by Dr. Musial, delving into the science behind why certain foods can actually lengthen your "healthspan."

“Healthy Aging and Longevity”

Our next Plant-Based Cooking-Together class will be on April 28th from 5 -6:30 pm.

Take one cooking class or choose them all, as each session delves into the secrets of healthy aging and longevity through the joy of cooking!

$25 each

3 for $70

6 for $120

Note: After purchasing a class package, you also need to sign up for each cooking class you’d like to take in order to receive the emails.

How Do I Sign Up for a Class?

  • Drop-In Class:

    Go right to the scheduler, select your class, and payment will be collected.

    Package Purchase:

    • Select your desired package

    • Complete purchase

    • A confirmation email will be sent to the email address you used for sign up.

    • If you haven’t purchased your package yet, you can do so here.

  • Have you already created an account?

    If yes, log into your account, select your class and complete your appointment.

    If not, no worries, you will be able to create an account after you sign up for your first class.

    • Select which class you wish to attend

    • Enter your name, email address (use the same email address you used to purchase your class card. This is important).

    • Select the box Redeem Coupon, Package, or Gift Certificate (the email address that you used to purchase the card should automatically populate this field, if not enter your email address.)

    • Select Complete Appointment

    • A class confirmation email will be sent to your email address.

    If you have any issues signing up for a class, please email us and we will help you.

  • • nce you’re done booking a class, a confirmation page will appear. On this screen, you will have an option to Register for an Account.

    Trust us… take a minute and Register for an Account. It will save you time when scheduling in the future, allow you to view your class card, how many classes you have left, booking history, and more.

    • On the confirmation page, select Register for an Account

    • You only need to enter your email address in the username/email field and enter a password and Select Sign Up. You now have an account.

    • Next time you schedule a class, login to your account prior to booking your class.

  • In the scheduler, you will be able to select… “Log in” (upper right corner). Go ahead select it and log in to your account.

    As long as you use the same browser to schedule classes, you will remain logged in to your account. You will be able to view upcoming classes that you signed up for and how many classes you have left on your card.

Embrace spring’s nurturing energy with a delicious and health-conscious Green Goddess Dinner! We'll also delve into the secrets of longevity, focusing on why leafy greens like those we'll be using reign supreme as boosters for heart health, brain function, and even cancer prevention. Plus, Dr. Musial will share valuable tips on incorporating strength training exercises for optimal bone health, allowing you to flourish from the inside out.

You can take one class or join us for a series, gradually building your knowledge and confidence in the kitchen.
